I accept manuscripts on a first-come, first-served basis, and evaluations may take between two and six weeks, depending on the length, subject area, and type of manuscript. I prefer manuscripts be submitted securely via Drobox or Google Docs.  Late submission of a manuscript per agreement may result in a delayed turnaround time and/or an additional fee.

I will honor all requests for author confidentiality unless there is a publisher requirement to do otherwise. I will request permission to share publication successes, though I can do so using only publishers and initials as requested.

I currently charge $75–100 per hour for unfunded scholars, and $125–150 per hour for funded scholars. Payment may be made in the form of a check, PayPal, or Zelle. Rush fees may be charged for turnarounds of less than two to six weeks, depending on the length and form of the manuscript. If there is likely to be a payment delay, a deposit will be requested.

Author and DE will each sign a written agreement that lays out expectations for each. In the event that the author-DE relationship is terminated by either party, fees will be pro-rated based on the degree of DE involvement.

Availability and turnaround time may be affected by Jewish holidays, mainly in the fall and spring.
